Rental Property

Rental property owners contract to transfer the rental account into their name once a renter moves out.

When a renter requests that the account be put in their name and all contracts and deposits have been finalized, then the account will be transferred to the renter's name and a final bill will be sent to the owner.

It shall be the owner's responsibility to make sure that the renter makes proper arrangements with the Cooperative for the transfer of the account. The Cooperative will not be responsible in the event the renter has moved in and not contacted the Cooperative to transfer the account into their name.

The payment of any and all costs incurred by the account while in the owner's name shall be the responsibility of the owner. All rules filed with the Wyoming Public Service Commission concerning delinquencies and collections will be enforced.
